9:30am – 10:00am

To walk to the Islamic Arts Museum on Jalan Perdana, follow these instructions and refer to the

above map.

1. Beginning at Pasar Seni station, walk North and cross the bridge over the river.

2. Turn Right to head North, then left to go over the walkway that crosses the train tracks.

3. Head South on Jalan Tugu.

4. Turn Right on Jalan Perdana, you will walk by the National Mosque which you will visit later.

5. Turn Left to stay Jalan Perdana and continue walking until you get to the entrance of the

Islamic Arts Museum.

Walk East to the National Mosque (Masjid Negara), which you passed on the way to the Islamic Arts Museum.

1:40pm – 3:30pm

Built in 1909, the National Mosque (Masjid Negara) is a gorgeous building with immense domes and impressive architecture. As with any visit to a holy place, please be very respectful and wear modest clothing that covers your arms, legs, and chest.
