If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of any Unanchor product, you may return it for a refund of the amount paid or an exchange for a product of equal value within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since the date in which you purchased the item, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

We will ask you why you were not satisfied, so we can give feedback to the author, but other than that no worries!
Refunds: (if applicable)
Once your email request is processed, you receive will an email confirmation from Unanchor to notify you that we have received your request.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you have not received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account to be sure that the money has not been added to your account.
- Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Sale items will be refunded at the sale price paid, not at the full price or the current price.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
